What a day
We a looked round , got to try some different types of chillies , taste the different things that had been made using chilli ,peanut butter, chilli sauce etc . The amazing bit about the experience was the lemon drop chilli. . Three yrs ago I had a tumour removed from my brain ,I have no sense of smell & my taste buds are not what they were . I was able remember what lemon’s tasted like again just for a few seconds before the chilli taste kicked in & burnt my mouth but those few secs were priceless. . They also took us on a tour of the place , let us ask questions which was great & choose some chilli stuff to try . The only down side to the tour was that I would of loved to of tried some dishes made with the sauces B4 choosing which 1’s to buy & maybe given the recipes that were used afterwards. I also don’t remember them using chocolate in any of the recipes which is a good combo .

I didnt get a 3 jar gift bag as detailed in the experience. It would have been nice to have gluten free crackers for the tasting session.
